Looking back, I should have taken it as a red flag when the battery died before I even drove it off the lot. I regret purchasing this vehicle, and I’m incredibly disappointed by the reliability of this car.

On top of all of the vehicle issues, Here’s a follow-up comment you can use for a review section about value or features as advertised: --- Value: One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle was because it was advertised as having built-in navigation. After noticing it wasn’t working, the dealership sent it to the Mercedes-Benz service department—only to find out the car was never equipped with navigation in the first place. I immediately requested reimbursement for the cost of this missing feature, but was told the business office would follow up. As of this response, I have neither received reimbursement nor been contacted. I’m still waiting, and it’s been extremely frustrating. Misleading advertising and lack of follow-through have made this an even more disappointing purchase.

Seat Comfort

If you're looking for real luxury and comfort. buy a Lexus! I have been in approximately five loaner vehicles as a result of all the issues with the Mercedes-Benz C300. The seats in the MB are bucket, with limited comfort especially on long trips. The Lexus was the same year as the MB but was so much more luxurious! the seats the technology you name it, Lexus topped Mercedes-Benz in every way. Being that this is our 3rd MB I am still shocked that the MB brand performs so poorly in the C300
