True rwd light little sports car with great punch, but with the added bonus of great gas mileage at an amazing price. Nothing fancy with features inside because the handling (corners like it's on rails, yes, true!) and the ride itself is stellar, don't need anything else. Surprising amount of storage space with the back seat down for such a small package. No mechanical issues so far, and with a Subaru engine, don't anticipate anything big coming in the near future. 6-speed shifts smooth, decent stock stereo, Bluetooth connectivity is great for hands free phone access. Oh, and of course, it looks pretty frippin' cool too. Can't be happier as a car owner.

Ride and Handling: Amazing! No words for it, have to test drive one to understand how great it is
Fuel Economy: Even with premium, I still get better gas mileage and pay less monthly than my last car
Styling: Sleek lines, not overstated

Cons

Interior Space: If you were 6'5, it might be a little tight for you

Wonderful sporty, nimble vehicle. If you're looking for straight line speed, look elsewhere. But if you like passing mustangs, challengers, and Camaros in the corners, this is for you. Great for taunting owners of vehicles twice as expensive. I had owned this vehicle for 1 1/2 years, before deciding to sell it. That was a big mistake, so I came to buy it back. Best decision I ever made! Carmax wanted a review, so here we are.

Pros

Ride and Handling: Begs for more power around tight turns, great at staying grounded while doing 60+ mph
Reliability: Never failed me. 95 degree days, -20 degree night, snow(with proper tires, dont be stupid), rain, never failed to start and go.
Styling: Definitely not seen everywhere. Unusual shape and sleek styling, car was 25k new, that's a bargain.

Cons

Visibility: Be careful, there is a decently large blindspot in the rear window and back quarter of the car.
Interior Space: If you're over 5 foot 8 inches, fitment may be uncomfortable for your legs.

If you're looking for a driver's car that will put a smile on your face without breaking the bank this is the car for you. What it lacks in straight line power it compensates for in the corners. Plus, if you've got the time and ambition, there are a host of aftermarket options to transform this car into a legitimate monster on the track.

Pros

Ride and Handling: Exquisite cornering; near-perfectly balanced steering; it does have a stiff ride though, so secure your jiggly bits
Styling: Pretty subjective, but I love the look of these cars particularly w/o the spoiler
Safety: Solid traction control; this is a RWD that only slide when you want it to.

Cons

Cabin Noise: It's designed to be very light, so there's not much insulation for noise; road noise is particularly loud on the highway
Technology and Entertainment: Touchscreen interface is rubbish; speakers are tinny; bluetooth works well
Power: Lack of power on these vehicles is notorious, but I think it's more a lack of torque. Still, unless you want to track it, there's more than enough power to have a blast
