2021 Subaru Ascent
unreliable

PROS
Ride and Handling

only thing I liked was the awd in the snow

CONS
Cost to Maintain

2 transmissions needed before 70k mile. The 2nd transmission didn't even last 13 months, had less than 15k miles on it.

PROS

Interior Space

When 3rd seat is pushed forward, lots of cargo space

Visibility

Lots of window space

CONS
Cabin Noise

Noisy inside and outside from engine. Ride not as smooth as I would like and acceleration is hesitant.

Dashboard

Not large enough to select maps, etc.

Seat Comfort

Seats are not comfortable, have to add seat cushions for comfort.

2021 Subaru Ascent
Very pleased with purchase.

PROS
Value

Everything I needed. Only missing 2 desired features, but were not deal breakers. Would have paid additional if had remote start and rear hitch factory installed.

CONS
Fuel Economy

Had a Mazda 3 prior. Got 30 city / 45 hwy. Get about 20-22 mpg.
