My car didn't come with any floor mats. CarMax then gave me generic ones that dont properly fit. Back bumper has chipped paint all across and told me that was a "touch up," and anything else would look like white out. Front of passenger door has a dent that should've been repaired. I wish I would paid more attention to detail because this car really could use a new paint job as well as matts that I will have to come out of pocket for. As far as the function of the car, I have no issues with that. Just don't enjoy the fact of I felt like the car was half way "repaired" from whatever damage, and CarMax made it as if there was nothing more they could do.

Fuel Economy: the Gas lasts for a long time. great gas mileage.

the camry is fantastic, it's fully loaded with every safety, entertainment and comfort feature available. The experience of buying online thru carmax was easy upfront but had its drawbacks afterwards....

The experience of buying online thru carmax was easy upfront but had its drawbacks afterwards. -This was a smoker's car and when I test drove it the first time the smoke smell was masked and it didn't come to light until after the purchase. Yes there's a 30 day return policy but I was already hooked on the car. I think they should fully disclose upfront whether it's a smoker car or not. Hindsight 20/20 I probably would've passed on it and never even looked at it. -The CarMax contact phone numbers are easier to find when you're looking for a car vs. after you've purchased. -They sold me the car with wheel locks on it and didn't include the wheel lock key. The local CarMax I purchased from and another that I contacted offered no support and told me I needed to go to a Toyota dealer to get the lock key. Unfortunetly I didn't know I needed one until I was on a thanksgiving trip 450 miles away from home, If I had a flat tire I would've had to get towed to the nearest toyota dealer somewhere between the san francisco bay are and Los Angeles. This was an unacceptable safety oversight especially since they sold the car with new tires and were able to remove the wheels at their central processing location. -One of the sales features on the car sticker was a free 3 month Sirius XM trial. I'm not able to use the free trial cause I can't get it setup to work. Sirius directs me to CarMax and the CarMax service dept that sold me the car doesn't know how to activate it either! Very poor customer support. The online CarMax experience purchasing the car was streamlined and complete, however running the business with a 20+ year old inexperienced staff for back end support was a little lacking and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst friend, sorry...

I drive about 3,000 miles a month and I needed a reliable car that suits my style. I landed on the Camry XSE and I have loved every minute of driving it. Feels very nice to drive, not a powered up V6 feel, but a great car for long distance travels. Plus Toyota's engines run up to 300,000 miles with care and attentive maintenance so this was a match made in paradise!

Pros

Cost to Maintain: Easy and affordable to maintain, built in maintenance reminder.
Value: Great interior and exterior design, features, and on the XSE models leather seats, moon roof and interior lighting that add a nice ambiance.
Ride and Handling: Car is very smooth on streets and highways, never had an issue with the handling.

Cons

Cabin Noise: It can be noisy in the cabin on the highway in windy or heavy traffic situations.
Power: *** It isn't a V6 and no turbocharger with the I4 engine so the power is decent but not great.
