I am thoroughly enjoying my 2009 Toyota corolla, it is a real pleasure to drive this vehicle. I love the comfort, reliability, and yes, the fuel efficiency. For a small car I find it very roomy inside.
If you are looking for a really good quality value for your money, I highly recommend a Toyota Corolla.
Fantastic compact sedan with amazing gas mileage!

Great gas mileage, comfortable, compact, great features....basically everything you could ever want in a small car. I average 30 MPG on city driving alone, highway usually boosts that to 32 MPG. With gas prices these days, that alone should sell you on this car.
Value for the money

I continue to be impressed by the reliability and quality of my 09 Corolla over the last 2 months since purchase.
The orange-colored dash lighting is extremely easy on the eyes at night. The power-outlet in the storage compartment above the e-brake is perfect for your iPhone. The engine is suprememly quiet, and more economical than advertised. Toyota states that it should be 27/35, but I routinely get 30/39 with full A/C and mixed sideroad/freeway driving. The seats are extremely comfortable.
The only con is the relatively flimsy interior moulding material. There's quite a lot of give on the tensile strength of the dash, door panels, arm-rests, and foot-guard moulding.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this car, and would highly recommend it to those seeking a high MPG commuter vehicle that is moderately priced.
