Love my little Bug, the gas mileage is great. The convertible top is just awesome, just a push of a button and it is down.
I had a Jeep soft top before and taking the top down was a chore and of course "no trunk."
So far, I have no complaints with my Bug.
Not only is this a fun car to look at, it is fun to drive. Nothing beats having the top down on a nice Chicago day. I was a bit leary of how it would handle Chicago's cold and snow- but I had no need to worry. It feels just like any hardtop car would in the winter; and if you're lucky enough to get the seat warmers you'll want to drive it all winter too! The quality is excellent, the Germans know how to build a great car (even if it is outsourced). The seats are so very comfortable and supportive (unlike most American car brands). Lots of leg room in the front, not so much in the back. Most back seat passengers are so happy to be in a convertible, they won't complain anyway. The VW stereo system rocks! And at night your dashboard lights up like the Starship Enterprise... neat!
Fun car to drive around town with the top down!!!!
Nothing compares to the feeling of the wind whipping your hair back as you cruise in a well-built convertible. Well, almost nothing—the feeling of getting a great deal on your vehicle purchase is definitely a close second. You can enjoy both of these awesome sensations at the same time by selecting a high-quality convertible that sells for less than $20,000.
