About Volkswagen Vehicles
Vehicle Summary
Established in 1937, Volkswagen is one of several brands owned by the larger Volkswagen Group. Formed by the German government to design and mass-produce an affordable "people's car," the automaker quickly grew and went on to debut such cultural icons as the Volkswagen Beetle.
Today, the Beetle is no longer in production (it was discontinued after the 2019 model year), but Volkswagen continues to manufacture a wide range of cars and SUVs to suit nearly every lifestyle. This includes the popular Volkswagen Jetta compact sedan, the 2019 version of which offers a standard turbocharged 1.4L engine, smartphone integration, a 6.5-inch touchscreen interface, and a rearview camera.
Within its SUV lineup, the Volkswagen Tiguan is a full-size SUV that boasts standard three-row seating for a maximum capacity of up to eight people. Available in four trim levels on the 2018 model year, the base S Tiguan offers such standard equipment as a turbocharged 2.0L engine, a 6.5-inch touchscreen display, smartphone integration, a six-speaker sound system, and roof rails.
Whether you're interested in a compact sedan like the Jetta, something a little larger like the Passat sedan, or a full-size SUV like the Tiguan, there's something in the Volkswagen lineup for everybody.

Reviews for Volkswagen
2011 VW CC Sport - Awesome Car!!!!!!
I have found this car to cover several needs of a forties something driver. I can drive like a teenager and it responds we'll in both power and handling. Then on the other hand I can drive it a little more responsible and it rides and sounds like a much more expensive line of vehicle. I have not had a week go by yet where someone has not commented on the styling of my VW CC. I enjoy driving to and from work no matter what the traffic situation.
Pros
- Power: This car is always a rush to drive. Really can throw you back in you seat if you want it to.
- Fuel Economy: Avg has been in the 30's
- Ride and Handling: It hugs the road and feels like more car than what it cost.
Cons
- Visibility: Hard to see out the rear of the VW CC
You will be amazed!
This vehicle pretty much speaks for itself, it is a combination of the reliability that everyone desires in a vehicle, and the power and drive every driver wants. This car is absolutely enthralling; its powerful, its classy, and most importantly its fun. It gives you everything you need, plus more. There may be more sport wagons out there, but none offer the kind of excitement in such a small package. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
Pros
- Power: For a little vehicle, it has lot of power and speed. You'll find yourself rolling the windows down to hear the turbo spool, which isn't hard to achieve.
- Fuel Economy: Compaired to other sport wagons, gas mileage is actually quite satisfying. I've reached 32 mpg on freeways, 25 in town.
- Ride and Handling: The vehicle is smooth and slick, making driving the vehicle an addiction. It also feels very strong and sturdy, which was something I wasn't expecting.
Don't buy from carmax they won't help you when your car breaks down right after you buy it.
After a month and a half the water pump went out of my new car that was supposed to be tested. It was over $1400 to get fixed and carmax wouldn't do anything to help. I only had a little over 700 miles on it since i bought it. I wouldn't recommened carmax to anyone!!!!!!!
Pros
- Dashboard: Great Dashboard
- Ride and Handling: Awesome handlong
- Styling: Looks great
Cons
- Reliability: It broke down on me a month and half after i bought the car. Carmax said they wouldn't help me fix the car.
