I am a male in my twenties and chose to purchase a car through CarMax. The buying process was relatively easy and the people that worked there were very patient, as I was a first-time car buyer. I was so excited to get my first car only to realize after I got it home the car was not detailed or clean at all. There is a sour smell that is most prominent when you turn on the A/C. There was, what looked like melted ice cream in the center console in the back row. The drives perfectly and the overall process, but make sure they detail and inspect the car before driving off the lot.

Pros

Braking: The braking is super sensitive. It is easy to come to a full stop if someone hard brakes in front of you.
Seat Comfort: The seats are incredibly comfortable and inviting. I have never found myself needing to stop driving to get out and stretch/stand for a minute.

Cons

Technology and Entertainment: The CarPlay randomly stops working and makes a loud, unsettling loud buzz. The features in this car work but they feel like half-baked ideas that they implemented last minute and somehow they made it to the final product. There should be a way to update the car technology OTA.
Weather Versatility: The car’s handling in rainy weather is not amazing. You definitely have to adjust how you put your foot on the gas otherwise you will be slipping all over the road.

this car is something else it is so exotic looking like a sport coupe looks so much like an Audi. Volkswagens sister brand, has interior lighting with footwell lighting and door panel lighting, every feature you can think of for a car of this price point heated and cooled seats, and massaging drivers seat too ! the great part is it’s a hatchback so you have plenty of room in the trunk to set your items back there. one drawback is performance it’s good performance but I would say it needs like 100 more horsepower. if it had more power I would give it 5 stars

Pros

Styling: excellent expensive looking styling
Cargo Space: lift back provides excellent space
Fuel Economy: fuel economy is lows 30s on highway especially amazing since it has AWD

Cons

Power: not enough power for looks it has good power for a normal person but not a lot coming from a sports car previously
Cost to Maintain: the cost is a little high since it is a European car

Pros: Roomy, Moonroof is a plus, Gas mileage is efficient, Rims make me feel cool as a mom (black rims), Safety features are a life saver, Color is perfect, & Drive is smooth. Cons: Compart space is limited, Dent on driver side door CarMax fail to acknowledge (it was dark when I purchased the car), only half the Moonroof opens, Quick guide cover multiple models

Pros

Braking: Quiet and Settle
Power: Not noisy
Styling: Interior is superb.

Cons

Seat Comfort: No cooling feature for hot days, only hot feature for cold days. (Leather seating)
Dashboard: Difficulty to navigate. Some sensors malfunction for no reason.
Weather Versatility: Back Wipes don’t come on automatically.
