- The Stelvio is available in a new trim called the Sprint.
- The Base and Ti Sport trims have been discontinued for 2022.
- Stelvio trims have been upgraded with Rear Seat Heaters and Lane Departure Warning as standard equipment this year.
- Panoramic Sunroof, Full Roof Rack, Running Boards, and Tow Hitch features are now available as options on select trims.
- The Quadrifoglio trim now comes with Leather Seats as standard equipment.
