- The SE trim has been discontinued for 2013.
- Santa Fe trims have been upgraded with Quad Seats, Rear View Camera, Fold-Away Third Row, Rear Seat Heaters, Smart Key, Third Row Seat, and Power Hatch/Deck Lid as standard equipment this year.
- Heated Steering Wheel, Panoramic Sunroof, Rear Air Conditioning, Rear Sunshade, Running Boards, DVD Video System, and Dimension Audio features are now available as options on select trims.
- The GLS trim now comes with Rear Spoiler as standard equipment.
