The base engine is a 3.7L V6 producing 330 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque, whereas the optional powertrain consists of a 420-hp 5.6L V8 engine and a seven-speed automatic transmission, which is also paired with the standard engine. Passenger comfort is also a focus of the 2015 Infiniti Q70. The spacious cabin with wide and comfortable seats ensures a cozy ride for up to five people, even on longer trips. Passengers in the front get 39.1 inches of headroom and 44 inches of legroom, while those in the back get 37.7 inches and 36.2 inches of head- and legroom, respectively.

Inside, there is a large center console cubby, along with a few cup holders.
