5 reasons to buy the 2024 Kia Sorento Hybrid
1. Great standard features
You can check out the 2024 Sorento Hybrid, and you'll see that the base EX is very well-equipped. It has standard interior features like synthetic leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable front seats, and dual-zone automatic climate control. It has exterior stuff like LED headlights and foglights, a hands-free liftgate, and 17-inch wheels.
2. Hybrid power
The 2024 Sorento Hybrid has a great turbocharged 1.6L four-cylinder engine paired with a hybrid system across both trim levels. That is good for a stout 227 horsepower, and 258 lb-ft of torque, and front-wheel drive is standard. All-wheel drive is an option on the EX and standard on the SX Prestige. The front-wheel-drive version is good for an EPA-estimated 37 mpg combined city/highway and 34 mpg combined with all-wheel-drive.
3. Room for people and cargo
The Sorento Hybrid is an excellent option for hauling family and friends. It seats six with three rows of seats. With all seats in place, there is 12.6 cu-ft of space, and with the third row folded, the space increases significantly. Since it also has a sliding and reclining second row, you have between 38.5 and 45 cu-ft of space. If you fold the second and third rows of seats, you'll get 75.5 cu-ft of space.
4. Great tech integration
Start with the Sorento Hybrid EX, and you'll find tech like a 10.25-inch touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ smartphone integration, navigation, and a six-speaker audio system. Just about all of the driver aides on the 2024 Sorento Hybrid are standard on the EX. Only the blind spot camera and 360-camera system are optional if you go with the SX-Prestige, which also has a digital instrument cluster and a Bose® premium audio system.
5. Top-spec SX Prestige
The top trim SX Prestige has a long list of standard comfort and convenience features. Exterior upgrades include power-folding side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, and LED taillights. The interior gets leather upholstery with ventilated front seats, more power adjustments for the front seats vs. the EX, and a heated steering wheel. There are some great standalone options for the 2024 Sorento Hybrid, like a panoramic sunroof and a rear seat entertainment system.
