The 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 is comfortable and fun to drive
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 is a luxury crossover SUV that comes standard with a powerful V6 engine. The GLK is a bit smaller than roomier rivals like the BMW X3 and Acura RDX, but it handles as well as many luxury sedans and its cabin is luxuriously comfortable.
The 2014 GLK350 received no changes in its penultimate year of production. (It was on sale from 2010 to 2015.) There are many available features on the GLK350, but few of them are standard features. The Premium 1 package makes a nice SUV even more refined, while a pair of lighting and safety packages add more features.
All Mercedes-Benz GLK350's come with power-adjustable seats, cruise control, and Bluetooth® audio connectivity. You can also play music from your smartphone using an auxiliary cord, but Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are not available.

What We Like
Luxurious interior: This is one of the smallest SUVs Mercedes-Benz has produced but it does not skimp on luxury features. The interior is plush and filled with high-quality materials.
Plenty powerful: The V6 engine that comes with every GLK350 delivers robust power. Merging onto a crowded highway is neither a problem in the Mercedes-Benz nor climbing steep inclines.
Comfortable ride: The GLK350 absorbs most of the bumps, ruts, or jolts it encounters. It delivers a smooth ride but doesn't feel floaty when going over bumps. And most road and wind noise are blocked until you get to speeds higher than 70 mph.
What Needs Improvement
Cramped back seat: The most obvious trade-off of the Mercedes-Benz GLK350 is its interior space. The SUV is a bit smaller than its rivals, and that is most obviously felt by rear passengers and evident in the slim cargo space behind the rear seats.
