- The ID.4 EV is available in a variety of new trims, including the S Limited and Limited.
- The Standard and S trims have been discontinued for 2025.
- ID.4 EV trims have been upgraded with Panoramic Sunroof, Cloth Seats, and Quad Seats as standard equipment this year.
- Automated Parking, Running Boards, Tow Hitch, Leatherette Seats, Leatherette & Cloth, and 20 Inch Plus Wheels features are now available as options on select trims.
