Perfect car for nearly everyone

Outstanding fuel economy and great driving dynamics for an AFV. It's very quiet, even when the gas generator kicks in. You'll only hear the tire noise, and a little wind. In sport mode, this thing really has some guts.
The only true con that I've found is rear seat headroom. This may be a factor if your rear passengers are over 6 foot. Rear leg room is fine with two 6-footers front and back.
There's a lot of information you can pull from the infotainment system and instruments, so take some time to play with it an learn all the functionality. It's quite easy to use once you know how to navigate the menus.
This car is the perfect combo for most people who will use this as their only car.
2017 Chevrolet VoltTodd Minehart - Loveland, CO02/01/2017
The Volt is a very nice car, definitely under appreciated. It is comfortable, quiet and easy to drive, and received the highest safety rating. I get around 70 miles electric in summer and 52 winter. The engine runs near seamlessly with electric power. It's nice to choose the lesser of gas or electric power at will. The collision warning, adaptive cruse, self parking work wonderfully. I enjoy seeing the speed limit of roads on the dash at all times as my other cars have done. The radio / infotainment system is more flaw free than my 2015 A3 and 2013 911. Driving in the snow is predictable and easy as any front wheel drive car. I have two desires in this car one automatic windshield wipers, and two improved cool weather climate control.
