Summarized by Skye

The 2020 Dodge Journey fares well for its smooth ride, spacious interior, and affordability, but mixed reviews highlight poor fuel economy, limited technology options like no Bluetooth, and cabin noise. While handling and comfort are appreciated, recurring maintenance issues and inconsistent reliability tarnish its appeal as a budget SUV option.
