I love this car--it gets great mileage, particularly in town. We took it on a cross country trip last month with two cats in back, and it also performed beautifully. I love the way it hugs the road, and I love its great sight-lines. Also as a hybrid how quiet it is! It looks great too--just really well designed. Seats are comfortable and roomy, in both front and back. Downsides: it takes wider turns than I'd like, and isn't great on snow--but I am adjusting after 10 years with an all-terrain SUV, so take that with a grain of salt.

Excellent hybrid gas mileage. So far, 40mpg around town and 37 and 39 on the highway. Roomy - fold down the rear seats for plenty of space for luggage, etc. for a long trip. Quiet. Smooth. Good handling. Decent acceleration.
