I've wanted a gen 3 fusion since it came out & finally I was in a position to purchase one. The pros IMO are all the features of my titanium trim package (heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, navigation, Sony sound system, etc..). I also love the turbo, it's so much more zippier than my previous car. I only have a few cons, the biggest being the interior. The glossy texture is VERY prone to scratches & shows dirt & dust. Another minor gripe is the gas mileage. I am currently at 24.6 mpg & I commute on the freeway to work 5 days a week. Whenever? I am just driving around on the streets I average 19 mpg. This is only slightly better then my previous car, & one of the reasons I wanted a new car. Since my car has a turbo, its a small gripe.
The car is great, even more so than expected. The Fusion Titanium parks itself, has very comfortable and spacious leather seats. It has great mileage, and the turbo charged engine has very quick pick up for a full size sedan. The stereo is amazing, even at full blast, the sound is crisp, with no distortion. Bluetooth handsfree calling makes life easier, the rear view camera is a must, after not having one before. When parking, the sensors for what is in front of you, as well as what's approaching from behind you helps immensely. There is nothing bad to say about this car, I feel incredibly safe while driving my Fusion, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the price range.
I have had my Fusion going on about 2 months and am absolutely in love with it! i got all the bells and whistles so please take that into account when reading this review. However the sound system is something out of a 50K Jaguar it is Surreal at times, i have the V6 version which is more then enough power (230HP) for a 4 dr sedan. the seats are very comfortable and i think even better then the newer models (roommate has one) the navigation is ok, awesome features but not very up-gradable which is unfortunate but the Ambient lighting makes up for that i guess, car is better then i could have expected and i would do it again in a heart beat. however she most definetely prefers 93 over 87 the drive difference is significant.
