Reliability: very little maintenance
Cargo Space: bigger than anticipated
Cost to Maintain: no problems yet

Cons

Technology and Entertainment: no user manual or instructions for touchscreen. not very good with technology to begin with, lol
Reliability: dealership allowed me to leave with only a 50% charge. only 50 miles range. fine if I lived in San Antonio, but Kerrville is a little farther away than 50 miles. very educational. a full charge is not too much trouble. overall, very positive experience. My THIRD Car from Carmax, btw. going back to 2005. I love everything about Carmax.
Cargo Space: smaller than accustomed

this truck has been great for my niece. she really loves it.

Reliability: it is ready to go when needed
Cargo Space: holds all her stuff

Cons

Power: she (young adult) would probably want more speed! not a con for the me (adult) lol
