Generation Overview

The Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 debuted in 2016 as the first compact SUV created by the iconic German manufacturer. This first generation was retired in 2019, with the updated model rolling onto showroom floors for the 2020 model year. A comfortable interior welcomes in your family of five with space remaining behind the back row for groceries, backpacks, and some soccer balls. The turbocharged 2.0L inline four-cylinder engine is paired with the 9G-TRONIC® automatic transmission with paddle shifters and earns an EPA-estimated 28 mpg highway with rear-wheel drive.1 The 4MATIC® all-wheel drive is also available if you desire extra traction for those days spent on rain-soaked or muddy roads. The power liftgate opens wide and with the press of a button, the back seats flip down to open up 56.6 cubic feet of functional space for your camping gear.

The interior of the GLC 300 offers more than basic amenities with a power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, power front seats, automatic climate control, and a console-mounted rotary dial controlling the seven-inch color infotainment screen. Bluetooth® technology and steering-wheel mounted controls helps you make a hands-free call or stream music via compatible apps.2 Outside the GLC is able to power-fold away its heated side mirrors while the windshield wipers activate when rain is detected. The integrated garage door opener is ready to pair to your existing home system without adding an extra remote on the dash.3 It makes the final statement with a set of aluminum-alloy wheels in 18 or 19-inch sizes. Some driver assist features also come standard such as the ATTENTION ASSIST® that alerts you when it senses that you might be distracted or sleepy.

If you desire even more luxury appointments on your GLC 300, available premium packages installed when sold as new add features such as leather upholstery, active parking assist, a surround-view camera, and a panoramic power moonroof. The Air Balance Package even adds an air purification and fragrance dispenser so you can block out the smell of exhaust trapped on a crowded highway.
