2012 Nissan AltimaJamor James - San Antonio, TX10/17/2015
This Altima has plenty of room and power. It's deceptively quick. Definitely a "sleeper ". Great performance and handling. Smooth engine and transmission.
I was originally going to buy an Infiniti G37, but after a test drive I decided to go with the larger Altima. It has more interior room and looks very sporty.
Even though it's rated at 270 horsepower(vs 328 in the G37) it's just as quick. The only thing that I don't like so far are the cheap Nexen all-season tires it came with. They are good for normal driving, but definitely not great for the performance this car has.
Great car! Great price! Great buy!

Tough, comfortable, and quick little car
2008 Nissan AltimaWilliam B - Atlanta, GA05/26/2015
I wanted a car that was safe, fairly quick, and not completely boring to look at or drive. It's been super reliable. It's never left me on the side of the road, and it's never given me any sort of trouble even on 10+ hour long road trips. I was super skeptical about the CVT, but I think Nissan has done a good job (at least with this model year) of making it feel good - although it still does kind of sound like you're killing it under hard acceleration. I have noticed that as it has gotten older, there are a few more rattles and squeaks, but that I am willing to accept that as being caused by awful in-town Atlanta roads. Still, an awesome car that is well worth the money!
