The car was not prepared for my purchase after it was shipped here from California. It was not detailed inside nor out, and the attendant tried to present it to me with 1/8 of a tank of gas. While the CarFax did not indicate any accidents, it was later obvious to me that the car had been repaired in several spots. Several attempts at touch-up paint are obvious, as well as a repair to one of the headlights. Also, the fancy Bose CD player does not function properly, even after professional cleaning. Lastly, the keys fobs are also substandard, and do not function easily even after new batteries. This is the third time I have made comments on my purchase, and I imagine my comments here will be ignored, just like the others. It seems as though once CarMax learned that I had private financing, the good service we appreciated with my wife's purchase was non-existent. If CarMax truly is everything you claim to be, then please have the courtesy to respond to my comments.

This suv has it all. Love the style both exterior and interior, the tech and don't forget the horsepower. No fear of merging onto highway, handles awesome. You can actually enjoy driving this vehicle.
