easy to drive plenty of room beautiful to look at
So many cars have blind spots and are difficult to see out of. The Crosstrek has great visibility our of all the windows, large side mirrors and a back-up camera. I feel so much safer driving the Crosstrek than driving our Prius which has visibility issues.
It is a very comfortable ride. Peppy and maneuvers great. I actually like the handling better than the Mercedes SUV I traded this in for and that totally surprised me.
This is the smallest Subaru crossover, but it is very roomy in both the front and back plus the rear seats fold down easily when I need cargo space. I don't have kids, but haul all sorts of stuff and it has met all of my needs.
The mileage is just average. I was hoping for something more fuel efficient.
The center screen is large and easy to use, but one has to flip through multiple panels so that can be a bit distracting. I appreciate that Subaru has the warning alarms that go off when one starts to move out of lane or if the car in front of you is a bit too close because those alarms have saved me from possible accidents while I am distracted fiddling with the technology screen.
It is not as modern-looking as many new 2025 vehicles, but the ride, roominess, safety features and everything else more than make up for it not looking too sexy
