2018 Toyota Sequoia
Luxurious large SUV
Pros

Cargo Space

Huge trunk area even with the third row sitting upright. And the second row when folded has flaps to cover the gap between the second and third rows, increasing the amount of cargo space further.

Interior Space

The vehicle is taller and wider than several other SUVs in that same size. There is a lot of head room in the entire vehicle, and there is much more foot room for those in the second or third rows than other SUVs.

Reliability

Toyota is a reputable company for many many years, they stand behind their products. After owning several other Toyota models, we took a few years away on other manufacturers but were comfortable to come back to Toyota. The Sequioa is a beast in size, yet rides like a luxury vehicle in smoothness and silence.
Cons

Technology and Entertainment

The radio screen is quite small, and isn't nearly as up to date as other manufacturers of this same year. Unfortunately neither the dash not radio screens actually display the artist or song on radio which is a bummer - and worst of all you can't mark favorite artists or songs from the radio. Going from a 2017 GMC to a 2018 Toyota I would have thought the screen size and offerings would be similar, but Toyota sadly loses points in this category.

Fuel Economy

Fuel economy is fair, but not fantastic. Several other larger SUVs get better MPG, we average about 14 in the city and 17.5 on the highway. It's a V8, and does not have flex cylinders so some of that is expected.

Dashboard

The dashboard center display is somewhat small and does not offer a whole lot of information. For the most part we keep it on the speedometer screen, as unfortunately neither the dash not radio screens actually display the artist or song on radio which is a bummer.
