- The iPerformance and xDrive iPerformance trims have been discontinued for 2021.
- 530e Plug-in Hybrid trims have been upgraded with 20 Inch Plus Wheels, Satellite Radio Ready, and Android Auto as standard equipment this year.
- Head Up Display, A/C Seat(s), and Seat Massagers features are now available as options on select trims.
- The Base trim now comes with Parking Sensors, Sunroof(s), Memory Seat(s), Power Seat(s), Leatherette Seats, Rear View Camera, Lane Departure Warning, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Blind Spot Monitor, Air Conditioning, Side Airbags, Overhead Airbags, Smart Key, Cruise Control, Traction Control, Power Windows, Rear Defroster, ABS Brakes, Alloy Wheels, Run Flat Tires, Turbo Charged Engine, Automatic Transmission, Auxiliary Audio Input, Apple CarPlay, AM/FM Stereo, and Bluetooth Technology as standard equipment.
