5 reasons to buy the 2014 Audi Allroad
1. Great standard features
There's a reason that the base trim on the 2014 Allroad is called the "Premium". You get a ton of great standard stuff like leather upholstery, automatic climate control, eight-way power front seats, split-folding rear seats, a panoramic sunroof, and automatic headlights. It's a great mix of comfort and convenience to get you started on your way to Allroad ownership.
2. Standard all-wheel-drive
When the weather turns a bit sideways, it's great to have the peace of mind of all-wheel-drive along with you. All 2014 Allroads come standard with Audi's legendary quattro® all-wheel-drive which has been tested on some of the toughest conditions on the planet. So, you can rest assured that when things get slippery you'll have the advantage of extra traction when you need it most.
3. Extra off-road capability
While the 2015 Audi Allroad isn't a hardcore off-roader, it's got some extra bits underneath to help get you further from the pavement than you might think. You'll find an impressive 7.1 inches of ground clearance and standard skid plates as standard equipment. So if your next excursion is a bit muddier than expected, have no fear, the 2014 Allroad is ready.
4. Nimble handling
Not only has it got a bit more off-road capability than your average car, but it's also pretty fun to drive on the tarmac too. When the roads get twisty the 2014 Allroad makes great use of its torquey engine and well-engineered suspension. So, it's got a "best-of-both-worlds" quality that will impress you from the first test drive.
5. Great options list
The base Premium trim is great, but keep an eye on some of the extra options and packages so you can dial in just the right version for your needs. The Lighting package includes upgraded bi-xenon headlights and LED running lights while the Driver Assist package (available on the Prestige trim) includes adaptive cruise control and adjustable settings for the steering and transmission. Or you can max out your Allroad experience with the top-spec Allroad Prestige.
