I just bought this car based on some reviews and the dealer’s ad. I’ve had it a few days only to discover that not only does it not have nearly the tech it was advertised as having, I will never be able to upgrade to it. I’m locked into an expensive dud that compares unfavorably with my 2008 Mercedes. I wish I had looked just a little more closely at this quite definitely last decade stinker.

I wouldn’t
this car was totally “105 points inspected” 3 months after owning and strictly driving highway there is $9,000 worth of parts and labor that are necessary.
For a tall guy like me the Q5 is extremely comfortable to drive. Surprisingly it get better gas mileage than I anticipated and a small engine it responds well. There is a blind spot over the right shoulder that take some getting used to the large side view mirrors will help.
