Looking to give less of your paycheck to the gas stations? The base 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid offers a huge range thanks to the high-tech gas-electric hybrid drivetrain, which offers an EPA-estimated 48 mpg combined.

Note that this estimate only applies to the trim levels below Touring. This premium trim level is heavier due to all the standard features, so the EPA estimates the Accord Touring at 43 mpg combined.

2. Comfy interior

The Accord has an upscale and handsome exterior, but the interior is even better. Sliding behind the wheel you'll see a thoroughly modern cabin with near-luxury polish and features. The standard sport bucket seats are comfortable for drivers of all sizes, and the high-definition infotainment screen grew to eight inches for 2021. That big screen is standard at all trim levels and includes Apple CarPlay^® and Android Auto^™ capability. The Accord is impressively quiet on the road, too, letting you hear your favorite songs like it's a concert just for you.

3. Sport sedan

Practicality doesn't have to be boring. The 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid proves it with a peppy powertrain combining the gas engine with an electric motor for a total of 212 hp and 232 lb-ft of torque. The suspension and chassis join the party, with quick steering and agile handling for highway curves and tight parking garages. The Accord Hybrid's steering wheel features paddle shifters, too. Instead of controlling the continuously variable transmission, they let you increase or decrease the amount of regenerative braking, much like a fully electric vehicle.

4. Driver tech

The 2021 Accord has enhanced driver assistance features on all trim levels. You'll value the automated emergency braking in heavy traffic, and the lane-keeping assist can center the Accord on the road.
