2014 Cadillac Escalade review

1. Eye-catching style and presence

Looking for a full-size SUV with an equally full-size interior? The 2014 Escalade delivers. There’s seating for up to seven passengers inside as standard, which increases to eight when the optional second-row bench seat is equipped. First and second-row occupants will enjoy a generous amount of legroom - 41.3 inches in the front and 39 inches in the second row. You also get 16.9 cu-ft of cargo volume in the trunk, ideal for swallowing up everybody’s luggage.  

4. Stacked list of standard features 

As everyone gets comfortable, you’ll find a pleasing amount of luxury and tech features included as standard. Every 2014 Escalade includes adaptive auto-leveling suspension for a smooth ride, and a power liftgate to make loading and unloading the trunk even easier. Other standard features include tri-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery, Bluetooth® connectivity, and a ten-speaker Bose® surround-sound system. 

5. Strong towing capacity 

With its ample cargo space and long list of standard features, the 2014 Escalade is the perfect road trip companion for long-distance adventures. With the V8 engine and rear-wheel drive, the 2014 Escalade can tow up to an estimated 8,300 lbs when properly equipped.
