5 reasons to buy the 2024 Cadillac Escalade
1. Eye-catching styling and presence
The fact of the matter is this; if the 2024 Cadillac Escalade drives past you in the street, you’ll notice. And you probably won’t be able to stop yourself from turning around to take a long look at it. The Escalade has always had real presence and major curb appeal, partly due to its sheer size, but also as a result of its bold styling. Standing at 76.7 inches tall and measuring 211.9 inches long, and standing on 22-inch alloy wheels, the sharp squared-off lines and large signature Cadillac front grille let you know immediately that you’re looking at an Escalade.
2. Huge cabin with ample legroom all round
If the 2024 Escalade looks big on the outside, step into the cabin and you’ll see that if anything, it’s even bigger on the inside. There’s seating for seven across three rows with two captain’s chairs in the second row as standard — though you can find models with the available second-row bench seat to increase capacity to eight. Regardless of how many passengers you have riding with you, everyone will have more than enough space to stretch out and relax. There’s 44.5 inches of front seat legroom, 41.7 inches of second-row legroom, and 34.9 inches of third-row legroom. Throw in standard features like tri-zone automatic climate control, synthetic leather upholstery, and heated outboard first and second-row seats, and the 2024 Cadillac Escalade turns even a regular journey into a relaxing and luxurious experience.
3. Equally spacious trunk and cargo space
While you and your passengers travel in comfort and style, there’s plenty of cargo space to swallow up everybody’s luggage too. There’s 25.5 cu-ft of cargo volume in the trunk by default, enough for even the biggest grocery shopping trip or numerous suitcases and luggage bags. If you somehow need even more space, for carrying furniture or awkwardly-sized items, both the second and third-row seats fold flat, increasing total cargo volume to 72.9 cu-ft behind the second row, and an enormous 121 cu-ft behind the front seats. To round things off, a hands-free liftgate is included on all models, making loading and unloading even easier.
4. Choice of powerful V8 engines
Given how the 2024 Cadillac Escalade is such a larger-than-life vehicle, it should come as no surprise that it offers two big, loud, and powerful V8 engines. Standard on every trim up to Premium Luxury Platinum is a muscular 6.2L V8 engine, packing an impressive 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. However, for sheer raw power, there’s no match for the engine you’ll find under the hood of Escalade V models - a supercharged 6.2L V8 packing a monstrous 682 horsepower and 653 lb-ft of torque. Be prepared to surprise a lot of folks when you put your foot down away from the lights; a vehicle this big being able to go from zero to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds is frankly astonishing.
5. Numerous driver convenience technologies available
Among the long list of technology and luxury equipment, the 2024 Escalade also has a full suite of driver convenience features to make driving such a large vehicle as easy and stress-free as possible. Base Luxury models come with forward collision warning, lane keeping assist, and parking sensors front and rear as standard. Premium Luxury models add adaptive cruise control, an automated parking system, blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, and rear automatic braking. Rounding things off is a standalone option called Super Cruise, a hands-free driving assist system that works in select conditions and on very specific highways.
