1. Peppy engine

Opt for the top-of-the-line Grand Touring trim with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters to control the power.

You've got more important things to worry about than remembering to get gas. Thankfully, all Mazda6 trims equipped with an automatic transmission get an EPA-estimated 29 mpg combined.
