- The Base trim has been discontinued for 2012.
- Venza trims have been upgraded with Panoramic Sunroof, Smart Key, Front Seat Heaters, Leather Seats, Rear View Camera, Power Hatch/Deck Lid, Navigation System, and JBL Sound System as standard equipment this year.
