The Volt is a comfortable, efficient car that lets you save money on your commute by running on battery yet with its gas engine gives you the range to take road trips or run extra errands on top of the daily drive. The hatchback makes it flexible - you can carry a lot of stuff in this car if you need to. Best of all I only need to fill the tank every couple of weeks.
Way more than I expected from an electric car!

When Chevrolet decided to create an electric car, they decided to pull out all the stops. This car has everything and more. Not only is it a pure electric car, meaning it's primarily driven from the electric motors, but it also has the extended range feature of the 1.4 litre engine meaning I NEVER worry about running out of charge. What a relief. And not only is the car loaded with great features, the car drives GREAT. In sport mode it is super responsive. It tracks the road great, and is smooth as silk. I and my whole family love how quiet it is and very comfortable as well. The only problem I have is because the car is so quiet and so smooth, with no engine vibration or transmission shifting, I am constantly speeding! But so fun to drive!
Does what it says it can do

It's cheaper to use electricity rather than gasoline. The change in the electric bill has been minimal compared to the amount I was spending on gas. If you're worried about the environmental impact, I can say that most electric companies are shifting to renewables, anyway, so as time goes by it will be better for the environment...better yet, you could build a residential solar/wind system while there are still federal incentives for it.
Do frigid temperatures and harsh weather leave you cold on the idea of braving the elements in your car? When you’re piloting a vehicle that’s up to the task, wintertime driving isn’t so much of a challenge. Instead, it can be fun!
Lots of eager shoppers may be surprised to know that many of the features found on some of the latest 2018 vehicles are already available on newer used cars. Here’s a breakdown of some of these cool features.
