Great styling and power. Incredible handling and rides like a dream.
Fun to drive. Tremendous power. Precise handling; goes around corners on a rail. Ride may be a little stiff for some (see the precise handing comment). Gas mileage around town 17-19 mpg. On the freeway low to mid twenties. Electronic package has some nice features but you don't buy this car for the electronics. If you are thinking about a Mustang I would try to do a comparison test drive of one with the handling package and one without. The stiff ride may be a negative for some. Many positive comments from friends and passers-by (Deep Impact Blue helps).
I had bought a Scion TC brand new and after only a year and a half the car was already having issues. Disappointed I decided to trade it in for a 2014 Mustang at Carmax and what an excellent decision it was! This car is by far the best driving experience I have ever had. My friends laugh that it is a v6, until I let them drive it. 305hp is more than enough to enjoy the Mustang experience and everything from the handling to the brakes this car is solid and I am very happy with my purchase. Only drawback is I wish the viability was slightly better but even still it is not as bad as the Camaro I also considered. Oh yeah and I'm averaging 28.5 mpgs, not bad I'd say.

The 2014 Ford Mustang has a 3.7L V6 engine equipped at its base model. It also has a turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder engine that, while still powerful, may not be as satisfying as the V6 engine. All engines are paired with a six-speed manual transmission standard, with an optional six-speed automatic available. Of course, the highest-performing 2014 Mustang is the highest trim level available. The 2014 Mustang GT is equipped with a 5.0L V8 engine that clocks in 435 horsepower and is capable of delivering a top speed of 155 mph.
The 2014 Ford Mustang has been thoroughly upgraded to have a modern shape with retro inspiration. The body is built with better materials as well, giving the vehicle a more substantial style. It has a broad, imposing front end and a cockpit-themed interior, just like sports cars of the past. The increased size means plenty of headroom for taller drivers, and the passenger seat is comfortable as well. Though the back seat may not be as spacious as the front row, the upholstery is high-quality and comfortable.
