The 2014 Ford Mustang offers robust power and dynamic styling, praised for its smooth handling and retro design. Performance impresses with strong acceleration, but fuel economy and interior space are drawbacks. Reliability feedback is mixed, and tech features lag newer models, yet value and fun-to-drive character shine.
Fast, but good mileage, super cool!
It is such a smooth ride and the turning radius is amazing! I can easily make a u-turn and can whip into parking spaces that are usually difficult to get into. Because of the tight turning radius backing out of parking spots is much easier, don't need as much room to get out.
Goes when I put my foot on the gas, no hesitation
Looks great, gets a lot of attention
The back seat is pretty much worthless. Only big enough for small children, which I don't have. I call this my 2 person pony.
Because I am so small and short I found the seat to be too big and the bottom cushion is longer then my thighs are. So, I purchased a great seat cushion from Relax the Back and now I'm in love with the way I fit in the seat . The cushion raises me up higher and it adds an 2 inches to the back.
Nice car: handles well, good acceleration, easy convertible top operation. All-around nice package.
Stupid question.
Surprisingly useful trunk space.
Handles easily and securely.
Despite an "accident free" Carfax report, this car had undercarriage damage which could only have been caused by running it off the road and over something very hard. CarMax fixed it, but they lied about its condition.
I discovered the damage at its first oil change, but too late to return it. My mistake; don't make the same mistake when shopping at CarMax.
I had bought a Scion TC brand new and after only a year and a half the car was already having issues. Disappointed I decided to trade it in for a 2014 Mustang at Carmax and what an excellent decision it was! This car is by far the best driving experience I have ever had. My friends laugh that it is a v6, until I let them drive it. 305hp is more than enough to enjoy the Mustang experience and everything from the handling to the brakes this car is solid and I am very happy with my purchase. Only drawback is I wish the viability was slightly better but even still it is not as bad as the Camaro I also considered. Oh yeah and I'm averaging 28.5 mpgs, not bad I'd say.
Better than expected
I still prefer the "retro" look to the newer Mustang
Car gives you more confidence the faster you drive it
Trunk and back seat are not very useful
You sit very low and the windows are high so if blind spots bother you I wouldn't recommend this car
While it is sat radio capeable the base model won't actually have a reciever installed which can only be bought from Ford for $500 installed, ouch
