My experience with reliability was extremely disappointing. Within just a few months of ownership and under 6,000 miles driven, the vehicle developed a major engine issue that made it unsafe to drive. For a car purchased from a large, trusted retailer, I expected a much higher level of reliability and basic quality assurance.

The overall value ended up being very poor. I purchased the car for around $13,000 and had to sell it back for only $3,000 within six months due to mechanical failure. Losing that much money in such a short period of time made this purchase feel like a significant financial setback rather than a worthwhile investment.

Cabin noise was also a noticeable downside. There was a consistent level of engine and road noise that made the driving experience less comfortable than expected. Over time, especially as the engine issues developed, the noise became more concerning and took away from any sense of driving confidence.

In previous cars I’ve had to use a seat cushion, but the seats in this car are comfortable and the driver’s seat has a lot of adjustment available driving position.

This car has the WORST fuel economy! I have to fill up twice a week and that with just commuting.

You literally have to turn around to be able to check the left blind spots. Also, having the thick frame that separates the windshield and front passenger windows is extremely in the way especially with the side-view mirrors included in that blockage of view. I feel like I’m moving around in my car so much just to see where I’m going.

I specifically got this van because of its reviews for driving well in the snow after our move. This doesn’t just not handle WELL in the snow, it doesn’t handle at all.
