Used 2018 Nissan Pathfinder for Sale
About the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder
Finding a vehicle with enough space for your growing family doesn't have to mean making sacrifices from a performance standpoint. The 2018 Nissan Pathfinder makes this abundantly clear, offering seating for seven passengers, a capable V6 engine, and generous standard equipment that includes automatic tri-zone climate control, an eight-inch touchscreen display, and Bluetooth® connectivity on its base S trim. If you're vehicle-shopping in a harsh climate, be sure to check out used 2018 Pathfinder models with all-wheel drive, which was available on every trim when this midsize crossover was sold as new.

Q: What is the rear-seat reminder system on the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder?
A: This refers to a standard feature on the 2018 Pathfinder that was designed to reduce instances of children and pets accidentally being left in cars, and works by detecting rear-door use. For example, if a rear door was opened (to load a child into a car seat or a pet into the back seat) before the car was started and not opened again when the car was put into park, an alert will remind the driver to check the back seat after the vehicle is powered off.
Q: What kind of fuel economy does the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder get?
A: Fuel economy can vary based on trim and other factors. However, the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder base S trim with 3.5L V6 engine, continuously variable transmission (CVT), and front-wheel drive gets an EPA-estimated 23 mpg combined.1
Q: Does the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder have a sunroof?
A: A sunroof is not standard equipment on the 2018 Pathfinder, but a panoramic sunroof was optional when this vehicle was sold new as part of the Premium Package. This package was specifically offered on the SL trim.
Q: What is the Midnight Edition Package on the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder?
A: The Midnight Edition Package was available on the 2018 Pathfinder SL trim, and adds such features as 20-inch wheels and roof rails.
Q: Does the 2018 Nissan Pathfinder have all-wheel drive?
A: Front-wheel drive is standard on every 2018 Pathfinder, but all-wheel drive was optional on all four trims when the vehicle was sold new.
1Fuel economy figures are based on EPA estimates for when vehicle sold as new. Actual mileage will vary based on things like battery age, vehicle condition and history, driving and charging habits, accessory use, and driving conditions. Battery capacity may decrease with time and use. See fueleconomy.gov for more info.
The 2018 Pathfinder is part of the crossover's fourth generation, which ran from 2013 through 2020. Compared to the Pathfinder's third generation, the fourth-generation model offers more available features that include a heated steering wheel and 360-degree parking camera. By the 2018 model year specifically, the Pathfinder had standard automatic emergency braking and an innovative rear-seat reminder/alert system. This model year also sees an exclusive Midnight Edition Package available for the SL trim.
2018 Nissan Pathfinder Engine Options
Every 2018 Pathfinder comes equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine at 284 hp under the hood, as well as a continuously variable transmission. Front-wheel drive is also standard on the 2018 Pathfinder, but seeing as all-wheel drive was optional on every trim when this crossover was sold new, you may be able to find a used model with AWD if you desire.
2018 Nissan Pathfinder Interior
The 2018 Pathfinder's cargo area measures 16.2 cubic feet behind the third row, offering plenty of space for your groceries, luggage, or other basic gear. When you need more storage, try folding down the third-row seats to create up to 47.4 cubic feet. Cargo space can be maximized to 79.5 cubic feet with both the second and third rows folded down, which can come in handy when you have bulkier or longer items to transport.
Inside the cabin, the 2018 Pathfinder offers space for your passengers to stretch out and enjoy the ride. The second-row seats even slide and recline so everybody can get comfortable.

Reviews for 2018 Nissan Pathfinder
so much room!
I haven't found any cons on this car yet. I have nothing but good things to say. I can fit more people when I see family. There is a lot of space around you. I have picked up a queen size mattress and 2 dressers since i bought it. It went on a trip to oklahoma from florida and back. Runs smooth, looks brand new. Had low mileage when i got it.
- Power: Its not sluggish at all. Its actually touchy. I have to be gentle with the gas or we will jump forward. I'm still getting use to it. Lol
- Interior Space: lots of room to relax and enjoy a car ride.
- Reliability: its taking me everywhere including a trip from oklahoma to florida and back again.
Happy we found this deal
The car has all the amenities we could want, and ones we hadn't thought of. There is built-in GPS and a heated steering wheel, for instance. We've been driving old cars for a while, and it's nice to have USB connections for easy charging and music. We feel safe and comfortable and love the car.

Great car for the family
Pros: Great on gas, has third row seating, cup holders everywhere, spacious for all passengers, heated seats, heated steering wheel, remote start, smooth drive, GPS. Cons: mediocre sound quality in speakers, I have yet to find a way to determine when I need an oil change. There seems to be no service information available.
- Fuel Economy: Great on gas for an SUV
- Interior Space: Plenty of space in all three rows.
- Technology and Entertainment:
- Ride and Handling: relatively smooth ride.
