Transmission: Automatic Color:Silver Interior Color: Black Average Vehicle Review: (4.25 reviews) I love my Rogue. It has most of the bells and whistles of a newer model. It does not have the traffic lane guidance but does have the back up mirror, mirrors around the car so you can check for small children and toys. It has a sun roof, but because of the rain and cold, I haven't opened it fully yet, just the inside protector. It is AWD so therefore, the gas mileage is not so good (about 18 mpg overall) but that is one of the things I wanted most and I don't have to commute to work so it works alright for me. With the exception of the gas mileage, the Rogue has been perfect for me. It's a little tall for my (fat boy) wheaten terrier to jump into. I had to buy a doggie ramp so he could access the car, but now we're good.

better than expected

we all know that the transmission in these cars are iffy, but so far so good. I keep regular maintenance on the car so that also helps a lot. the sound system is my absolute favorite though. the speakers feel like they're going to pop out of the car. the size of the car is perfect. it fits dog kennels along with other big boxes. the sunroof is amazing. one of my other favorite features. the ride is super comfortable as well. I would say my one con is the fact that I'm always worried about driving it weird that day and my car just goes kaput. I only think this because this car is very hit or miss. so far it's a hit!

Pros

  • Ride and Handling: it takes turns like a champ. not only that but one of the smoothest rides ever.
  • Interior Space: the sunroof is amazing!! best part
  • Cargo Space: way bigger on the inside than it looks. backseats have tons of space as well as the trunk

Cons

  • Fuel Economy: I just never like spending over 30$ on gas so this is more of my opinion.
  • Technology and Entertainment: the technology could definitely be updated. my radio system actually will turn off and restart while I'm listening to it. happens almost all the time
  • Reliability: still very worried about the transmission and taking my time and care with it

Great car and a fair price.

I love my Rogue.

Pros

  • Ride and Handling: It's quiet, rides smooth and handles easily on the road and in turns.
  • Technology and Entertainment: I have the back up camera, around the car cameras, Bose Radio system, navigation, sunroof and AWD.
  • Weather Versatility: We've had a lot of rain recently and flooding. The Car, because of the AWD, has handled beautifully. I have never felt like it was hydroplaning, even a little bit. All four tires fully engaged on the road.

Cons

  • Fuel Economy: As I said, because it is AWD. the fuel economy is negligible, about 18 mpg overall.
  • Interior Space: I think they could have done a better job designing the interior. I have no place to put my cell phone when it is charging and someone is in the passenger seat. Sometimes I take something to eat with me on the road in the morning and have no place to put my food. Always in my other vehicles, I used the ash tray for loose change; this car has no ash tray. It has 2 cup holders and this is sufficient, but no other personal space for the driver.
  • Cargo Space: It had no built-in system for groceries. I purchased a cargo system that works OK.
