perfect truck for my family

Interior Space
My tundra is super spacious. I upgraded from a Tacoma to my Tundra due to having our first son on the way. this truck has been a life saver. even gets better fuel economy than my 2020 Tacoma!
Styling
Very stylish. Be prepared to get compliments.
Ride and Handling
This truck rides so much better than my old Tacoma. Toyota upgraded the suspension with the 3rd Gen Tundra.

PROS
Cabin Noise
I was expecting the interior to be noisy, given that this is a truck with rugged truck tires on it. Surprisingly, it is quieter than my wife’s Outback
Seat Comfort
Reading reviews, people often complained about the front seats. I’m not a huge guy and I find the seats fairly comfortable, even on a long drive.
Reliability
Second generation Tacoma’s are known for their reliability. That’s why I specifically sought out this particular model and year.
CONS
Ride and Handling
I was coming from a German High-end car, so I notice that the ride comfort and handling is not what I’ve become accustomed to. However, for a truck, it isn’t that bad.
Technology and Entertainment
The radio head-unit is fairly basic, but reliable. Finding pre-programmed Satellite radio stations is a bit of a hunt-and-peck compared to more modern displays.
Fuel Economy
The V-6 has plenty of power and is super reliable. The downside is that it only gets 18-21 mpg regardless of city or highway driving.

Great Vehicle!!

Reliability
I've owned my Tacoma for two months and I love driving it. It's stylish, powerful and with the extended cab, I can seat up to five people comfortably. I highly recommend this Tacoma!

Fuel Economy
My only concern with the Tacoma is it's fuel economy. I'd like to see it get a few more miles per gallon...but it is a fairly large truck so in terms of it's size I can deal with the MPG.
