Fun and fuel-sipping performance
Supercars are known for their acceleration and handling, making them some of the most exciting cars on the planet. The 2017 Acura NSX checks these boxes with enthusiasm. This wild ride comes with a 3.5L V6 twin-turbo powerplant that pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission. This engine and a pair of electric motors team up for 573 hp and 476 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to sprint from zero to 60 mph in just three seconds. What supercars aren’t known for is fuel economy, but the NSX bucks that trend with respectable EPA-estimated fuel economy numbers of 21 mpg city, 22 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined. Fuel economy figures are based on EPA estimates for when vehicle sold as new. Fuel economy may vary for reasons like driving conditions and vehicle history. Unless specified, figures are for vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission. See fueleconomy.gov.

5 reasons to buy the 2017 Acura NSX
1. Stunning performance
When you hear the term “hybrid,” the word “boring” may also come to mind. The 2017 Acura NSX is anything but boring, with 573 hp and 476 lb-ft of torque, it’s a legit supercar with a zero-to-60 time of just three seconds. Plus, its standard all-wheel drive gives it superior traction at launch, while its well-tuned chassis keeps things tight and clean in the corners.
2. Eye-catching looks
Supercars also tend to attract a lot of stares everywhere they go. While the NSX may lack the supercar cachet of a Lamborghini or Ferrari, it certainly doesn’t shy away in the looks department. Its stunning body has all the curves, swoops, and creases needed to back up all that power hiding under its skin. Whether you’re at a stop light or cruising down the highway, prepare to get plenty of attention in the 2017 Acura NSX.
3. Surprisingly comfortable
While you may love the looks and speed of supercars, they might not be the most comfortable as daily drivers. But the 2017 Acura NSX strikes a great balance between delivering sticky handling and remaining comfortable enough for your daily commute. Add to this the NSX’s outstanding forward visibility, and this is one supercar you’ll have no issue using on your daily commute.
4. Premium cabin
The 2017 NSX lives up to its Acura nameplate with a well-appointed cabin that feels more luxurious than typically spartan supercars. It boasts leather upholstery throughout and features an eight-inch digital gauge display to go with either a seven- or eight-inch infotainment touchscreen. Want even more premium looks? Opt for the available carbon-fiber trim kit and get carbon accents throughout the cabin.
5. Plenty of technology
Considering its powertrain is a technical marvel, you’d expect the same in terms of tech inside the 2017 Acura NSX. This luxurious supercar doesn’t disappoint. It comes standard with ambient lighting, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth® integration, and even Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ connectivity. Want even more features? Jump into the Technology Package and add a nine-speaker ELS audio system, navigation, AcuraLink, and front and rear parking sensors.
