Audi S8

After taking a break for the 2019 model year, Audi returned with an all-new S8 sedan, giving the full-size flagship model the latest in performance and luxury technology. That starts with the 563 horsepower of the twin-turbo V8 engine, but also includes special features like four-wheel steering and an adaptive road-reading suspension that adjusts for different road conditions. Put it all together, and the S8 will hit 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. 

Inside, the S8 offers ultimate luxury, with standard heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, as well as a spacious rear-seat area with recline functions. If you add the available Rear Seat Comfort or the Executive Rear Seat package, you can bring the same heat, ventilation, and massage to the back seat. In any case, the S8 is an impressive luxury vehicle.

After an absence of a few years, Audi once again offered the powerful S8 full-size sedan beginning in 2013. This flagship model was designed to offer top-tier performance along with state-of-the-art luxury features. 

Power came from a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine rated at 520 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. That engine was mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system. With that drivetrain, the S8 can hit 60 mph in 3.9 seconds. But the S8 is not just speed. The car rides on an adaptive air-ride suspension with five driver-selectable modes from firm to smooth. 

Inside, the S8 includes creature comforts, including heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats; layered glass; active noise cancellation for a whisper-quiet ride; and a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system.
