2023 Audi S8 review

1. Strong performance 

The turbocharged 4.0L V8 gasoline engine under the bonnet of the 2023 Audi S8 has impressive power that will put a smile on your face. According to the manufacturer, zero to 60 takes 3.8 seconds. The 563-hp eight-cylinder has 590 lb-ft of torque with plenty of get-up-and-go for every driving situation, whether you’re cruising along the highway or out getting groceries. You'll love the eight-speed Tiptronic^® transmission, which has manual and automatic modes. 

2. All-wheel drive system 

Audi is famed for its quattro^® all-wheel drive system and the 2022 Audi S8 has AWD for improved traction on dry and wet roads. A sport differential and dynamic all-wheel steering system gives you more confidence in slippery conditions and provide the S8 with a level of dynamism that contradicts what you might expect from a vehicle of its size and weight. 3. An upscale interior 

Similarly, to the outside, the inside of the 2023 Audi S8 doesn’t shout extravagantly about the level of performance on offer. Its restrained and clutter-free style lets you concentrate on driving. The 2023 Audi S8 has aluminum and carbon fiber finishes. A faux-suede headliner is included in the available Comfort Plus package, so keep an eye out for that if you want lavish levels of luxury. 4. Lots of on-board tech 

As you might expect from a performance sedan, the 2023 Audi S8 has plenty of standard onboard technology to please you and your passengers. The sharp-looking twin stack of 10.3-inch and 8.6-inch screens control the digital infotainment and four-zone climate systems, and you can save seat positions, ambient lighting, climate control settings, and favorite radio stations using Audi’s Personalization 2.0 cloud-based profile. Natural voice control, Amazon Alexa^™, available LTE mobile Wi-Fi connectivity for up to eight mobile devices, and wireless Android Auto^™ and Apple CarPlay^® connectivity will also please technology-minded passengers.

5. Enhanced available packages 

There are some available packages to look out for too. Remote parking functionality is included in the 2023 Audi S8 Executive package’s advanced driver assistance systems and the Comfort Plus package has matrix-design LED headlights. The Rear Seat Comfort package ups the interior feel with massaging, ventilated seats to pamper passengers. It also adds a leather center console, an infotainment screen, and folding tables if you choose the four-seat layout.
