- The 340 is available in a new trim called the XI Gran Turismo.
- The I xDrive trim has been discontinued for 2017.
- 340 trims have been upgraded with Panoramic Sunroof, Power Hatch/Deck Lid, and Rear Spoiler as standard equipment this year.
- Rear Sunshade, Apple CarPlay, Leatherette Seats, and Automatic Transmission features are now available as options on select trims.
