5 reasons to buy the 2017 BMW M6
1. Lots of power
The 2017 BMW M6 has power to spare. Under the hood is a massive turbocharged 4.4L V8 engine producing 560 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque. The M6 will get to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds (according to the manufacturer, when new). The next highway merge in your M6 will be pretty fun, to say the least.
2. Plus control
Just having a big engine isn't going to cut it. BMW engineers also added standard 19-inch alloy wheels, adaptive suspension dampers, and impressive brakes. Need more? Look out for the optional Competition package too. Not only will you get another 40 additional horsepower, but it also has an upgraded exhaust system, lightweight alloy wheels, and revised tuning for the suspension, steering, and rear differential.
3. Convertible life
The 2017 M6 is also available as a convertible and comes with a well-insulated convertible top that can help keep interior noise down on the highway. The glass rear window can raise and provide a wind blocker when the top is down. Cargo space is only minimally impacted in convertible models. There is 12.4 cu-ft of space with the top up (10.6 cu-ft when down), which is close to the coupe's 13 cu-ft.
4. Solid tech
Control your tech with a standard 10.2-inch display, wireless phone charging, available Wi-Fi hotspot, enhanced USB and Bluetooth® connection, a rearview camera, a navigation system with voice commands, and a 16-speaker surround-sound audio system.
Check out the Driver Assistance Plus package, which includes a lane-departure warning system, a frontal collision warning, a blind-spot monitor, and an upgraded camera system.5. Luxury upgrades
Search our lots for the Executive package, and you'll get a bunch of upgraded tech. You'll find a heated steering wheel, a 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen® audio system (coupe only), and a power rear sunshade (also coupe only). The 2017 BMW M6 has all the power and luxury options you would expect, making each drive in your M6 one that will put a smile on your face.
