Luxurious and comfortable commuter
The 2018 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid is a five-seat midsize luxury sedan with a comfortable ride and interior. Rather than focusing on sport-luxury driving dynamics, the MKZ Hybrid is more in line with comfort-luxury focussed on occupants. While the main focus of the hybrid version is to let you blast past gas stations, the MKZ offers numerous driver assistance features to make the daily commute easier. 5 reasons to buy the 2018 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid
1. Smart hybrid drivetrain
The MKZ Hybrid uses a 2.0L gas four-cylinder engine and an electric motor for a combined 188 horsepower. It uses a CTV to drive only the front wheels. There is plenty of power when darting through tight urban traffic or accelerating onto the highway, but the MKZ Hybrid shines with its EPA-estimated 40 mpg combined.
With standard 18-inch wheels, this ride looks as good as it goes.2. Reserve trim
While base Premier and mid-tier Select are great, the top Reserve trim will win you over with over-the-top standard features. Adds standard power open/close trunk, auto-folding exterior mirrors, and voice-activated navigation. Genuine wood steering wheel accent trim, two rear-seat USB ports, four-way power lumbar, heated and cooled front seats, and the available 20-speaker Revel Ultima® surround sound system.
3. Comfortable interior
The Lincoln MKZ Hybrid has a plush interior, from the standard 10-way power-adjustable front seats with memory feature to the optional rear heated seats and dual-zone climate control. Headroom is plentiful at 37.9 inches in the front and 36.6 inches in the back., Legroom is also expansive with 44.3 inches up front and 37 inches in the rear, letting tall adults enjoy the ride. The standard adaptive suspension prevents sub-par roads from intruding on the quiet. The standard leather-wrapped steering wheel with available heating means you won’t need gloves in winter.
4. Driver assistance tech
The 2018 MKZ Hybrid can be found with driver assistance tech. Options here include adaptive cruise control for easily keeping your distance during road trips, and pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection and active braking that takes a weight off your shoulders in congested urban centers. The lane-keeping system helps if you drift for a moment, the auto high-beam headlamps ensure you don’t annoy other drivers at night, and rain-sensing windshield wipers turn on without the need to search for the on switch.
5. Loaded base model
The SYNC® 3 infotainment operates on an eight-inch touchscreen with voice recognition, Bluetooth® connectivity, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, two USB ports, and an 11-speaker premium sound system. Other standard features include theatrical lighting elements, a rear-view camera, push-button start, dual-zone climate control, and remote start through the WiFi hotspot capability.
Even a base MKZ Hybrid pampers you and your passengers on every drive.Shop with your budget in mind
