Added horsepower and trunk space
For 2019, Toyota responded to this feedback about the Camry's trunk space and added two more cu-ft. Quick acceleration was already in the positive column for Camry hybrids. However, the boost from 200 to 208 horsepower for this model year means the 2019 Camry Hybrid can sprint from zero to 60 mph in around 7.2 seconds, according to Toyota. You can also find some enhanced audio features on Toyota's infotainment system in the 2019 Camry Hybrid, such as Apple CarPlay®, Amazon Alexa®, and SiriusXM® radio connectivity.

5 reasons to buy the 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid
1. Spacious interior, new colorways and fabrics
For 2019, Toyota introduced two new paint colors for the Camry lineup for a total of ten. It also added new leather and fabric seat cover options. The added two cu-ft of cargo room gained a lot of attention, now offering a spacious 15.7 cu-ft of total trunk space.
2. Hybrid fuel economy
The new-for-2019 Camry Hybrid Dynamic Force 2.5L hybrid engine offers 208 hp and 163 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to the smooth-shifting ECVT, the Camry Hybrid can go the distance. The 2019 Camry Hybrid LE gives you up to an EPA-estimated 51 mpg in the city and 53 mpg on the highway for an impressive 52 mpg combined. Offering the best of both worlds, it blends a stirring drive and optimized fuel economy.
3. Hybrid-exclusive features
The 2019 Camry Hybrid has different modes for different types of driving. ECO Mode helps maximize fuel economy while EV Mode drives solely on battery power for up to one-half mile under certain conditions. An energy monitor provides you with visibility into the charge status of your vehicle's electric engine.
4. A balance of torque, horsepower and agility
The 2019 Camry Hybrid maneuvers well through twists and turns but it's great in the city too. The 2.5L hybrid engine has 208 hp, with 163 lb-ft of torque. This means it produces quick acceleration; you would have no trouble keeping pace with highway or city traffic when you can accelerate from zero to 60 in around 7.2 seconds.
5. Each trim level is feature-packed
The 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE, SE, and XLE models all offer you great standard features such as an integrated parking camera, smart key system, push-button start, and power door locks and windows on the base model. You can find a used Camry from this model year with the available power moonroof, blind spot monitoring, and upgraded audio packages. You will be very impressed with the luxurious cabin of the XLE model, which offers plush seating, and a seven-inch multi-information display.
