The 2024 Toyota Tundra has plenty of power for off-roading, cruising down the highway, or moving heavy loads thanks to the standard hybrid system. The hybrid brings together a 3.4L twin-turbocharged V6 engine that produces 389 hp and joins it with an electric motor. The result is a 437 hp machine that’s ready for any challenge you throw at it.  

2. Towing 

Moving a horse trailer, boat, or camper is easy in the 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. With the standard 437-hp hybrid system, the 2024 Tundra can tow up to an estimated 11,450 pounds when properly equipped.

A tow hitch and TOW/HAUL driving mode come standard on the 2023 Toyota Tundra Hybrid, and tow mirrors are available on each trim. 

3. Off-road features 

The 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid is refined enough for city life, but can hold its own off the beaten path. For the best off-road performance, choose the available TRD Pro trim. That comes with standard four-wheel drive, an electronically controlled locking rear differential, and off-road suspension. Crawl control and hill-descent assist keep you in control no matter how intense the terrain. The TRD Off-road package, available on the 2024 Tundra’s other four trims, offers skid plates, a locking rear differential, and off-road driving modes.  

4. Luxury touches 

Whether you’re headed to a gala event, or just need to warm up or cool down after working in the elements, you’ll love the comfortable interior of the 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The truck comes standard with leatherette seats and heated and ventilated front seats. Genuine leather and a panoramic sunroof are available. Apple Carplay® and Android Auto™ come standard too, while a 12-speaker premium audio system is standard on the Premium trim and higher.  

5. Driver-assist features 

The 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid comes standard with driver-assist features that provide peace of mind during long drives. All 2024 Tundra Hybrids have adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keep assist, and more. A 360-degree camera and heads-up display are available on the higher-level trims.
