5 reasons to buy the 2019 Volvo XC40
1. Tons of Tech

In addition to the large standard nine-inch touchscreen, the 2019 XC40 features a standard 12.3-inch Digital Driver Display directly in front of the driver. It also has the latest smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The cool Sensus Connect Infotainment System helps you manage all of this technology with voice control and optional add-on apps to give you access to the latest music, weather, and navigation. With optional tech like wireless smartphone charging, semi-autonomous drive modes, and a surround-camera system, you can find just the right XC40 no matter how tech-savvy you are.
2. Small Package, Big Fun.

The compact size of the 2019 XC40 means that you won't have to spend too much driving around the city trying to find a large enough parking spot. It's big in the right places though, with 57.6 cubic feet of cargo space and 8.3 inches of ground clearance. That means you can bring along all of your stuff when looking to escape the city for a long weekend in the wilderness.
3. Multiple Powertrain Options
2019 models offer a choice between front-wheel drive (FWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD). The standard T4 FWD XC40 features a 187-hp 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder or you can upgrade to the T5 AWD XC40 and get a 248-hp version of the same engine. Both come equipped with an eight-speed automatic.
4. Stylish Design

The XC40 may be Volvo's entry-level crossover, but it's not short on style. LED Headlights — which sport an automatic high beam feature — come standard across all 2019 models. Add that to the crisp design, sharp lines, and standard 18-inch wheels, and you have an attractive and capable small crossover.
5. Luxury and Comfort

All 2019 XC40 models come with standard leather seating as well as a leather steering wheel and shift knob. Opt for the R-Design and enjoy perforated fine Nappa and Nubuck leather throughout the upholstery. Options like a panoramic moonroof, genuine driftwood inlays for the dashboard, and even an amazing Orrefors® crystal gearshift knob up the luxury factor to the next level.
