I was very excited after finding the RDX, it was a great value for the money and a blast to drive. Acura has found a great combination of SUV and sports car. However like other owners I feel like I need to warn about the bumpy ride. It is up to the driver (and passengers) to determine if it is a good trade off. I have found that the turbo and tight suspension make the RDX a very fun SUV to drive. As far as the interior, the seats, leg room and cargo area are very nice and you feel comfortable as right as you step in.
Overall I have enjoyed the car, however my next vehicle will be a bit of a smoother ride.

Its a great car with alot of features. Its comfortable but drive can be very bumpy on bumpy roads it doesn't resist great as a normal SUV. Uses alot of gas because of the Turbo i assume however thats a good feature though it gets a quick start when driving. It's fast for an SUV not economical. I would have probably felt better investing as much as paid for it on a Mercedes its nearly the same price and more comfort and lux.

It surpasses any of the crossover models we tried. We test drove all but 2 of them.
It is a luxurious model that rides very smooth. The gas mileage is about the same as the other crossovers IF you don't drive around in all 4wheel drive all the time.
The Acura MDX, which entered the market in 2001, was designed to address the need for a high-performance people-mover with an abundance of luxury features. Although the MDX replaced Acura’s SLX, its build was actually based on the popular Honda Pilot. In true Acura style, this newly-developed SUV was infused with the highest-quality comfort and performance features available.
