2014 Infiniti Q50 customer reviews
The 2014 Infiniti Q50 is praised for its powerful V6 engine, sharp handling, and luxurious styling. It offers a quiet cabin and solid safety features. Downsides include limited interior and cargo space and outdated, slow infotainment technology, which lacks features like Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Maintenance costs are noted as high, but reliability remains strong.
Plenty of Power and a Tranny/Suspension/Steering systems to match. Great Gas Mileage despite my driving it in Sport Mode.
Suspension feels like I am riding on rails. Quick, responsive, firm but not uncomfortable unless I select pure Sport Mode - then the car feels ready for a track day!
Despite it's age and the apparent lack of good ownership prior to my purchasing it (very little maintenance done by previous owners), the car sustained the moderate abuse without any issues - neither mechanical nor in looks (Paint/dents/etc). Very well engineered vehicle.
Small trunk comparatively - ie: not enough for my girlfriend to pack all her needs when going on vacation... (LOL!)

The AWD system puts the 325+ HP power down (now that I've replaced the cheap tires CarMax put on it).
The Sport model has a firm ride, but corners very well. I don't have an issue with the "numb" steering.
The Infiniti InTouch system is awful. So slow, and doesn't support Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. Infiniti seems to have abandoned support for InTouch. Stereo sounds great, though.
My old Nissan Maxima seems huge compared the Q50S. Despite it being a 4-door, space is really limited.
Routine maintenance seems expensive. Time to go back to DIY.
