braking noise every time coming to a stop and the crew for car services say “ it’s just the car”

unsure where AC stands but we have had issues with theAC and it’s been a on going issue where I am now using a loaner while service team check the real reason of everything

haven’t even done 5,000 miles on it and the service light came on .
